Volume can be increased on the Video Player on the front page by dragging the speaker toggle to the right. All video player controls are shown directly below the main video playing and near the title of the video (Now Playing:)

Ensure your computer speaker is also turned up. The position of the sound on your computer will very wheter you are using an Apple machine or a PC.
